1. No Returns for Non-Defective Items
Due to the intimate and one-time-use nature of our adult products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order, opened package) once a product has been shipped.
❗We believe every product should belong to one exclusive user only — you. This is not only about hygiene but also about personal boundaries and emotional safety.
2. Exceptional Return Cases & Cost Responsibility
If you believe there are special circumstances and wish to request a return, the following conditions must be met:
·The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging;
·The request must be made within 7 days of receipt;
·The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties, customs clearance fees, and bears full risk of return transit;

3. Returns Due to Product Quality Issues
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing components, or serious damage during transit, please:
·Contact us within 72 hours of delivery;
·Include photos or videos of the issue;
·Send your request to jzcj22322@gmail.com. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or resend depending on the case.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Including but not limited to):
·Any opened or used item;
·Items involving adhesive or skin contact;
·Products damaged by improper use;
·Unauthorized or unapproved returns.
