 – Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes, all our packages are delivered discreetly. No product information will be disclosed. The goods will be shipped via DHL/UPS using plain brown packaging boxes.

– How can I know if my address is eligible for shipping?

We ship worldwide free of charge. If you can successfully enter your address during checkout, we can ship to you. If your country does not appear in the address options, it means the product is prohibited for import by that country. For orders that cannot be shipped, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.

– When will my order be shipped?

Our warehouse processes hundreds of orders every day. Online orders are usually shipped within three days after being placed. If you do not receive a shipping notification within one week of purchase, please contact our customer service team (Email: eruditesex@gmail.com).

After the order is shipped, we will send the tracking number via email.

International orders are usually delivered within 8–12 business days, and deliveries to remote areas may take around 15 days (via USPS/FedEx).

– Can I request a return after placing an order?

We are very sorry. Due to high daily order volume, we can only process a refund if your request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the package is already preparing for shipment after 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order. If you insist on canceling, a 5%–10% compensation fee will be charged. However, we will provide a 25% discount coupon for your next purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
